78% Grenache, 12% Cinsault, 5% Viognier, 5% Clairette
Floral and perfumed with notes of wild berries, red fruits and sweet spices. Organically grown, harvested by hand and fermented using natural yeasts before aging entirely in traditional concrete vats.
No oak is used to preserve the fruit subtleties and nuances of the grape varieties. Pairs well with most Asian cuisine. Illustrated by Singapore artist Yen Phang; inspired by flowers and grape flower clusters (inflorescence) found in the vineyards. 2,986 bottles.
