100% Pinot Noir from a vineyard about 10km away from Poinchy. Grapes are all destemmed before fermentation. Elevage in barrels though not all are new. Very classy Pinot juice here that is fresh, energetic, mouth-watering and absolutely delicious. Quite low yields at a mere 20hl/ ha (same as some of the very fine Burgundies), but these lovely bottles are way friendlier to our wallets!
