The only cuvée fermented and aged entirely in small new French oak barrels (barriques) before they were aged for 48 months prior to release. Mostly Pinot Meunier (85%) with Pinot Noir. No dosage was added to preserve its unique characteristics. Fresh mandarin peel, ripe Meyer lemons, vanilla flowers, small red berries and ripe stone fruits flavours with a superbly long finish. Only two barrels made and likely to continue to be a super tiny production in the future!
