A blend of 70% Chardonnay with 30% Meunier, and a third of the blend came from the family's reserve wines. Fermented and raised in stainless steel vats and aged for a minimum of 5 years before release. MT had chosen the rarer Extra Brut version for Singapore as he felt that the higher dose of sugar in their more regular Brut bottling tends to mask and overpower the delicate white fruit, apples and pear flavours in this cuvée.
