The Bulles de Blanc is a Blanc de Blancs Champagne (100% Chardonnay) that shows great complexity and definition. Delicate and floral, with notes of lime blossom, hints of vanilla, fresh hazelnut, freshly baked brioche, yeasty tones and lots of bright citrus. Crisp, refreshing, and vinous with substantial depth and minerality. A vintage Blanc de Blancs that will cellar extremely well but also quite pleasing to drink now, especially with some deep fried seafood.
