A new addition to the family but a rather important one too. This is a 100% Chardonnay in the neighbouring village of Sermiers 1er Cru, and interestingly, grown on the terroir of Meunier! Fermented and raised in stainless steel vats before spending a brief passage of time in oak barrels. Aged sur lie for at least 18 months before disgorgement. Highly mineral, perfumed, generous and really fine and taut with a mouth-watering acidity backbone. 1,000 bottles per year.
