A blend of 60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir from vintage 2019 with 40% reserve wine. A fresh and fun introduction to Tristan's minimally dosed champagnes with superb structure, minerality and balance. No more than 1,500 bottles of this Extra Brut were made. Delicious as an aperitif, or pair it with some soft cheeses and delicate fish carpaccio or sashimi.
