The latest iteration of Yann and Séverine's signature cuvée composed of 45% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay spread across twenty (20) different organically farmed parcels in the communes of Courmas, Bouilly, Merfy, Chenay and Saint-Lumier-en-Champagne. Fermented & aged separately in stainless steel vats for 6-8 months before 40% reserve wine is added in its final blend during assemblage. A superb value for money champagne that doesn't break the bank.
