An exquisite wine that saw long term aging with a blend of 45% Pinot Meunier, 40% Chardonnay & 15% Pinot Noir that originated from five different plots in Couloummes-la-Montagne and Villedommage, where the soil formation is more calcareous and sandy. This is not a regular wine that one sees frequently at the winery as it takes a staggering 7 years aging in bottles before Yann deems it ready for release. Base vintage 2015.
