Perfumed with notes of wild berries, red fruits and sweet spices. Organically grown, harvested by hand and fermented using natural yeasts before aging entirely in traditional concrete vats.
No oak is used in order to preserve the fruit subtleties and nuances of the grape varieties. Pairs well with most asian cuisine. Illustrated by singaporean artist yen phang; inspired by flowers and grape flower clusters (inflorescence) found in the vineyards.
