Named after their father Louis, Loï is a more traditional, old school style of Southern Rhône red. Notes of bacon fat, leather, macerated black cherries, garrigues, a touch of black pepper and earthy tones make this an excellent accompaniment to chinese waxed liver sausages, mild wild boar curry, claypot lamb stew and roast game meats.
