A crisp, refreshing and textural wine that was originally made for Marie-Laurence and Elisabeth's mother, who used to run a small restaurant that was nestled amongst the vines. When young, Per Èl tends to exhibit a lot of grapefruit skin, citrus, and light bubblegum flavours. But once the wines has seen a few years of age on them, more pronounced stoned fruit (nectarines, peaches), melons and cream will surface with a touch of honey. Serve this with a piece of medium-rare tuna steak, free-range chicken with morel mushrooms and cream, or a smoked salmon & dill cream cheese bagel.
