This is an incredible wine that delivers textural richness, electrifying acidity, great savoury tones combining power, finesse and depth with superb elegance. Highly aromatic and vinously intense with vanilla custard, ripe limes, matchstick reductive tones, spices, faint touch of honey and a lingering, mouth-watering finish. Aged in barrels for 18 months. An impressive wine that will last a couple of decades easily but also very pleasing in its youth. Do decant the wine should your decide to drink them young!
