Les Moulins is a pure Cabernet Franc made from younger vines in a small plot within the vineyards of Montreuil-Bellay and Bréze on sandy loam-clay-limestone soil. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, with all the grape clustered full destemmed in stainless steel vats before aging in concrete vats for approximately 6 months or prior to bottling. A more glou-glou wine to be enjoyed young with its voluptuous burst of fresh red and black fruits.
