about.
Lead by a passionate Asian winemaker who is based in Singapore, we provide comprehensive end-to-end wine event services. We work with you from conceptualisation to execution to deliver a fun, unique, and memorable experience.
We also specialise in the curation of artisanal producers and take pride in presenting well-crafted wines that reflect their terroir & heritage. We believe in sustainable farming practices, minimal intervention and responsible winemaking.
Inflorescence (ˌɪnflɔːˈrɛs(ə)ns,-flə-) is the flower cluster of a grapevine. For us, it signifies the birth of something beautiful - to realise a dream to be a humble farmer and bringing our passion in winegrowing from vines to tables.

winery:
Domaine Saladin
is located in Saint Marcel d’Ardèche, a sleepy, tiny village in the Southern Côtes du Rhône, on the right bank of the historic Rhône river.
This family-owned domaine currently sees its twenty-first generation of vignerons, Elisabeth and Marie-Laurence, continuing the family’s tradition and passion in winegrowing since the 15th century.
Together with their loving parents, the two talented young winemakers grow, cultivate and vinify some thirteen different Rhône varieties on their 18-hectare property organically, allowing each parcel to express its own uniqueness where the vines are grown.
All grapes are hand-harvested and meticulously sorted in the chemical-free vineyard to ensure only the very best berries are destined for the winery. Yield and production volumes are tightly controlled, with barely 40,000 bottles per annum across seven different wines, some are only produced in very good years and no more than a few thousand bottles are made.
