Arguably the most recognisable and well-known Premier Cru plot in Chablis. 30% was fermented in oak barrels (the rest temperature regulated stainless steel vats) and aged for a minimum 18 months on fine lees before release. A very charming wine with plenty of citrus, oyster shell, chalk and saline tones.
