Yann's flagship cuvée and super limited. Made from a single vineyard called Sous Les Roses planted with Pinot Noir (60%) and Pinot Meunier (40%), this is the most coveted site in Courmas, on a morning sun facing, gentle slope located just outside Yann's ancestral home. A vintage champagne that showcases what Yann does best. Fermented in a mix of stainless steel and oak barrels, the final wine is laid to rest with a natural cork closure (sur liège) for at least 5 years before disgorgement. 2,216 bottles only. A true collector's item and one that should be cellared for a few years before drinking, if one can resist the temptation to quench one's thirst with it.
