The only "non-vintage" or multi-vintage cuvée from the family. Made of 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. Fermented and raised in stainless steel vats, and aged for 36 months on lees before release. VB03 means "Vin Biologique 03" in French, or "Organic Wine #3". It was the third trial made by Elemart Robion to produce a pure, unadulterated organic champagne that finally checked all the boxes that the Robion family was looking for - elegance, finesse, minerality and purity, and they have not looked back since. The current version is a composition of vintage 2019 and 2018.
