A rare 100% Pinot Noir which came from a particular parcel within the "Chantemerle" vineyards where older vines were selected and meticulously cared for during its growing season to ensure only the best grapes with optimal ripeness are used for this cuvée. Made only in good vintages, this is vinified and aged in used burgundian oak barrels with occasional lees stirring or batonnage. Bottles are left to aged for a minimum of four years in the cellar before disgorgement.
