A different kind of Blanc de Blancs as this isn't the ubiquitous Chardonnay but the rare Pinot Blanc in Champagne! This cuvée came from the famous "La Lemblée" vineyard and the grapes (100% vintage 2017) are fermented in equal parts of stainless steel vats and small oak barrels. Aged for a minimum of 5 years before its final release. 1,000 bottles made.
