The classic cuvée from the family. Made with 60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir and 20% Meunier. Base wine of vintage 2018 with approximately 20% reserve wines (a perpetual reserve started in 2005). Aged for 20 months in the cellar before release. 4,000 bottles per year.
