The first signature vintage cuvée released by Antonin, as a tribute to his grandfather, and one that defines his style as a winemaker. A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% Meunier selected from the best parcels of the family's vineyards in Congy and Fèrebrianges. Aged in small Burgundian and Bordeaux oak barrels for 22 months before spending another year at least in the cellar after disgorgement. No dosage is added. 600 bottles only.
