An assemblage of 75% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Blanc, and 5% Chardonnay derived from eleven different parcels planted on Kimmeridgian and Portlandian limestone soils. Base wine of vintage 2020 with 30% reserve wines added. Fermented with native yeasts, mainly in stainless steel vats and approximately 15% in small wood barrels. Aged for 3 years before release. Barely dosed at 1g/L - this is a limited edition for only a selected few customers worldwide (the usual offering is a Brut version at a much higher dosage). A wine that expresses the terroir of Côte des Bars like no other.
