One of the top cuvées of the family, this wine is fashioned after Côte-Rôtie where Syrah and Viognier berries are co-fermented in the same concrete tank before being transferred to large old barrels for extended aging. Flavours of macerated strawberries, raspberry coulis, flint, blackberries, liquorice, black pepper and mocha can be found here with ripe, silky tannins. Best decanted and served with a huge juicy piece of chargrilled prime rib, tomahawk steak or roast leg of lamb.
