L'Égarée, which means "the lost one" in French, is an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from a single parcel called Haute-Frillon. Having spent some time in new oak barrels, this particular cuvée has a super enticing nose of citrus, wild berries, vanilla pods and liquorice that leads to a rich and generous palate of raw honey, coriander seeds, vanilla spice and lemon curd with an incredible balance and an insane finish.

The fact that this is a zéro dosage bubbly makes this even more alluring as it is incredibly difficult to achieve something so balanced, poised, restrained and elegant in such a young beauty. Aged on lees for a little over 3 years before release, this is definitely a keeper as all of us who tasted the bottle recently were completely blown away by how amazing this was!
